Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY Changes and cancellations must be advised in writing 48 hours prior to arrival in respect of which an administration fee of 50% of the total tariff will be charged. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival the full tariff paid will be forfeited. Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy. For your own peace of mind we recommend that you consider taking out domestic travel insurance. BOOKING CONDITIONS Reception hours are 8am to 6pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or by 10am the following day will forfeit all monies paid. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge subject to availability. Check in time is after 3pm. A security bond of $300 in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation will be required on arrival. The park is SMOKE-FREE smoking is not permitted on the premises. Accommodation units are serviced on departure only unless prior arrangement has been made. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs dogs are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable
