The Factory business was originally launched in Kojonup in 1996 under the label Synergistic Blend by Louis & Edwina Scherini.
The Scherini’s 3 children suffered with eczema, and were told by Doctors not to use soap or shampoo, which inspired them to research, seeking a chemically free alternative to treat their children’s skin complaint.
With the knowledge obtained, Edwina started using a bucket and wooden spoon to make the soap in the family kitchen, creating a product that is now sold to selected Pharmacies and Health Food and Gourmet Shops throughout Australia.
And now this highly sought after product is exported overseas, having supplied soap to the Raffles Hotel in Singapore in their Executive Suites, as well as supplying a number of International Stores in America and Asia.
10 years later, their successful cottage industry, has moved to the most sought after Tourist Destination, Margaret River, where their Natural Olive Oil Soap Factory has launched a “Working Factory” with an amazing range of Retail Products.
The Natural Olive Oil Soap Factory hand blend several varieties of luxurious body products, not only soaps but balms and lotions, using natural and organic ingredients, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pure rainwater, 100% essential oils to gently perfume the skin, with pure plant extracts to rejuvenate and maintain healthy skin.
