Choice of budget rooms for 2 from $49 per night, to family rooms that sleep up to 6 at $99 per night . Single , Double , Twin , Triple, Bunk and Queen Rooms start in price from $49 per night.

Dont think that because we are bargain cheap that you will be getting a below par room. We pride ourselves on clean comfortable rooms at prices that you will find hard to beat anywhere in town. Why are we so cheap? Because we have only been operating for a short time and we want your business.

This grand heritage residence is surrounded by a giant Moreton Bay Fig tree that is over a century old and 2 enormous Norfolk Island trees are some of the tallest in Busselton including the famous ones on Busseltons foreshore. It consists of 3 rooms. 1 bedroom with a double bed and a set of doublebunks.1 bathroom. 1 living room with another set of double bunks. It is the biggest room that we have. TV , fridge, kitchen sink. Dining table and chairs.Lounge chairs Air conditioning. We recommend you come and take a look at it before you book . No beauty contest winner , but cheap and clean. if you dont mind sacrificing space and comfort you can have an extra couple of matresses on the floor and sleep 8. ideal for young people or a family group who doesnt mind very basic accomodation. We are at full capacity and our resources are stretched to the limit so you will also need to bring extra blankets. Sheets , pillows and towels provided.
