Any cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of $25.
Cancellations from 3 - 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged the first nights accommodation.
Cancellations of 72hrs or less will be charged 50% of the total booking.
NO SHOW will be charged the total amount of the booking.
