Fermoy's unique cottage is built amongst its award winning Semillon vines, overlooking the Estate's lake. It is ideally suited as a base to explore all the Margaret River tourist attractions - wineries, beaches, caves and galleries.
The cottage was originally built as a private escape for the Estate's first owners. It is both functional and comfortable with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a cosy lounge and a spacious kitchen/dining room. It comes equipped with a portable gas BBQ on a wisteria-shaded verandah.

A booking fee of $100.00 will be deducted from any deposit refunded for a cancellation made prior to four weeks before the scheduled arrival date. Deposit on a cancellation made less than four weeks would be at a cost of a one night stay.
