Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your booking has been confirmed and receipted by Cape Executive Holiday Properties your deposit is non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival. Peak & school holiday deposits are non-refundable 4 weeks prior to arrival. If written notice is received prior to the above conditions your deposit will be refunded less a $50 booking fee.full balance of hire.
