Cancellation Policy
bookings are strictly for person over 21yo and guests under 21yo must have an adult/adults present during their stay
A booking fee of $50.00 applies to all cancellations.
If the cancellation is more than 30 days prior to arrival a refund of the deposit less the cancellation fee is given.
If the cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee applies and no refund of the deposit is given unless the booking can be filled.
