Sally welcomes you to Newberry Manor, her purpose-built luxury retreat in the South West. Built in the year 2000, Newberry Manor combines old world charm of yester-year with every luxurious modern convenience. Located within easy walking distance of both beautiful Dunns Beach and Dunsborough town centre, Newberry Manor offers the opportunity to unwind and relax among beautiful surroundings.
Dunsborough is a small resort town some three hours drive south of Perth, nestling on the corner of beautiful Geographe Bay with its safe sheltered beaches. It is well serviced with amenities such as restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as providing an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of the South-West corner of Western Australia and the Margaret River wine region.
Enjoy being pampered in one of Newberry Manor's romantic spa suites, each with private facilities, huge king size beds and the comfort of individual air conditioning. Newberry Manor is the ideal haven for those special romantic occasions such as honeymoons or anniversaries.
Our guest suites have a verandah overlooking our tranquil cottage gardens. The Orchid suite has its own balcony and overlooking the beautiful gardens. Ample off-road parking available for guests.

For the comfort of guests, Newberry Manor is a smoke-free establishment, however, smoking is permitted outdoors. Please note our suites only accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Children will be accommodated on the same basis as adult guests. We advise that the property and facilities may not be ideal for children.

This spacious and luxuriously appointed bedroom has a king size bed complemented with high quality linen. The extra large ensuite with provides a shower and bath. Take all four spacious and luxuriously appointed rooms at Newberry Manor as the perfect venue for the bridal party wedding preparation. You may want to save the Orchid Superior Spa as the place for the newly-wed couple to end their special day. All rooms have massive ensuites, three wih their own spas. Cancellation Policy
50% of the total booking value including any 'extras' ordered will be charged at the time of booking. The remainder will be due on check out.
Alternatively if the stay is cancelled within 7 days of the proposed arrival the remainder will be charged at time of cancellation.
Any amends other than cancellation made to a reservation after the initial booking will incur a $20 administration fee payable upon check out.
We do NOT apply a surcharge for credit card payments.
As a boutique business we can be greatly affected by cancellations. The following policy applies for cancellations made in advance of the proposed arrival date with a reduced penalty for customers able to advise further in advance of the necessity to cancel.
15+ days: a $50 administration fee applies and any deposit over and above this amount will be refunded to the customer.
8-14 days: 50% of the total booking value will be forfeited by the customer.
0-7 days: 100% of the total booking value will be forfeited by the customer.
Where a customer fails to arrive for a booking or a stay is cut short the customer also forfeits 100% of the total booking value.
Directions:
Dunsborough is easily approached by car from Perth, taking the Kwinana Freeway south towards Rockingham, then the Old Coast Road to Bunbury via Mandurah. From Bunbury take the Bussell Highway to Busselton and Caves Road to Dunsborough. Dunsborough is 26 kilometres west of Busselton.
By public transport
Dunsborough can be accessed by train from Perth to Bunbury, followed by coach, or directly by coach from Perth to Busselton. Busselton is also serviced by daily flights from Perth.
