The resort has 82 guests rooms, with a combination of hotel rooms, one bedroom & two bedroom apartments, individual airconditioning, a balcony or private courtyard. Reception Hours are between 7am - 9pm daily. For all arrivals outside of these hours please contact the resort on the day of arrival to make alternative arrangements for collection of keys.

Cancellation Policy
Guests must advise us of cancellation within 48 hours from the time of check-in for standard booking periods (not including school holidays or public holidays)
If cancellation occurs beyond 48 hours then a one night accommodation fee will be charged to the guest credit card If the guest notifies us of the cancellation before the allocated time the booking can be cancelled immediately with no fee incurred. School holiday bookings (excluding Christmas) and Public holidays require 7days cancellation from the time of check-in if cancellations occur beyond the 7day period then one nights accommodation fee will be charged to the guest credit card
Christmas Holiday cancellations all cancellations are required no later than 01st November. Cancellations after this time incur the deposit fee of 2nights accommodation unless the accommodation is resold at which time the deposit will be refunded In all cases the CNTA will retain a $22.00 administration fee and the balance will be forwarded to the Accommodation Property.
Directions:
If you are coming from Busselton City, follow Bussell Highway south until it becomes Caves Road then continue down for approximately 5 kilometres and Wyndham Vacation Resort & Spa is on the right.
If you are coming from Yallingup, follow Caves Road heading North, pass the town of Dunsborough continue on for a further three to four kilometres and Wyndham Vacation Resort & Spa will be on your left.
