Stroll through over 25 acres of vineyard and taste the produce of the vines. Bettenay's Lakeside Accommodation offers a tranquil retreat amidst the world renowned, Margaret River wineries. The magnificent outlook of the cottages is over a trout filled lake, picturesque vineyard and remnant marri, jarrah and banksia trees. In the evenings indulge in a glass of Bettenays wine on the verandah as the sunset shimmers through the ripples of the lake created by the trout jumping out of the water (fly fishing rod available!).
On 140 acres of land Bettenays Cottages are well separated for privacy and are nestled amongst native trees and fragrant gardens. The country cottage ambiance gives a romantic charm to the cottages whilst offering all the comforts and conveniences of home. Bettenays Cottages are fully self contained with facilities including microwave, oven, cutlery, crockery, televisions, DVD, CD players, wood heating, reverse cycle air conditioning, and all linen is included.

Cancellation and Booking Policy
As we are a small business it can often be difficult for us to re-book last minute cancellations
Therefore there are no refunds available if your booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival date or during your stay
Should you cancel your booking with more than 4 weeks notice a full refund will apply less an administration fee of $70
Please note that a 1% fee applies to all credit card payments and will be added to the total of your account
