Executive Spa Homestead

A 5 star, luxurious and spacious rammed limestone and timber homestead. Outdoor undercover verandah with views across bushland and kangaroos happily grazing on meadows. Completely secluded. Large modern kitchen with European appliances. Macro suede king beds, 2 bathrooms and one indoor spa by candlelight. Cancellation Policy
All Bookings must comply with Forest Rise minimum stay policy for any given period. Forest Rise reserves its right to not accept any booking that does not meet the minimum stay conditon. minimum stay: Weekends 2 nights Long Weekends 3 nights Easter 4 nights Xmas 4 nights New Year 3 nights. An Online booking is not guaranteed until it is confirmed with a formal confirmation advice usually provided within 24hrs to 48 hrs.
If ten days notice or more is given for a cancellation all paid monies will be refunded minus an $80 cancellation fee. If less than 10 days notice given we attempt to re-let the chalet and refund whatever value has been successfully re-let however if not the guest is liable for the full cost of the booking made under any circumstances. Where Forest Rise has approved a checkout outside of Min Stay conditions Forest Rise charge a $50 cleaning surcharge for check outs on public holidays during the xmas & new year period.
Check Out is 10:30am. Guests checking out after 10:30am will be charged at $45 per hour.

Forest Rise Eco Retreat turnoff is 13 km along the Bussell hwy driving south from the Busselton bypass turnoff, towards Margaret River. We are signposted on the highway, with a big blue sign. Turn right at Yelverton Road. Central to Margaret River wine region.
