During high peak periods (Easter, Christmas, Australia Day long weekend, school holidays, etc), no refunds will be provided on cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the booking arrival date.
During lower peak periods (long weekends, single public holidays, etc), no refunds will be provided on cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date.
During off-peak periods, no refunds will be provided on cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the booking arrival date.
