Cancellation Policy
An administration fee of $25.00 will be retained on all cancellations. The balance will be refunded except as follows. If less than 72 hrs notice to check in and the unit cannot be relet during off peak season and 7 days notice during peak season (school holidays public holidays long weekends and Christmas period).
Failing to give notice or non-arrival will attract a Penalty Fee equivalent to the total amount of the booking.
All units are strictly NON smoking A $150.00 penalty will apply if this rule is not strictly adhered too. Credit Card details are required upon check in prior to access of keys. This is to ensure any extra costs that may occur during your stay such as damage to rooms and/or required excess cleaning is covered.
