Chandlers Smiths Beach Villas is a family owned and operated business situated on 150 acres of lush farmland, bordering National Park land and Smiths Beach.The complex is designed to give each villa the most breathtaking view over Smiths Beach and out to Cape Naturaliste. The fifteen rammed earth villas consist of three rows of five, terraced on a hill with extensive native gardens and large lawned areas in front of each row.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Christmas School Holidays - 50% of deposit refunded if cancellation received before 1st November. Non-refundable after 1st November
Easter - 50% of deposit refunded before 1st December. Non-refundable after 1st December.
Peak (School Holidays Public Holiday Weekends & Leeuwin Weekend) - Deposit will only be refunded if notice of cancellation is given at least 30 days prior to commencement of arrival date.
Off Peak 50 % of first night will be charged if cancellation is not given at least 10 days prior to commencement of arrival date.
Please note: Credit cards will be processed for one nights accommodation if cancellations or changes to your booking is made within 10 days prior to your arrival date or one month prior to arrival if your booking falls on a long weekend or on school holidays where $200 is processed.
