Opening Hours:
The centre is open daily from 8.00am-4.00pm (October - May) 09.00am - 2.00pm (June - September).
CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY - 25TH DECEMBER
The centre enables visitors to interact with wild Bottlenose dolphins through swim on the wild side tours (15th October - 30th April), eco cruises (daily except during the period 01 June - 30 September when the cruises only operate on Saturday and Sunday), an interaction zone, interpretive centre and our new 360 degree digital dolphinarium (opened May 2011); the first of it's kind in the world.
With over 150 Bottlenose dolphins living in the bay, groups of them can regularly be seen in the shallow waters in front of the Centre (Interaction Zone).
In addition our cafe offers a selection of Yahava coffees, scones, sandwiches and snacks. These may be enjoyed in our relaxed alfresco area overlooking the bay.
The souvenir shop boasts an extensive range of quality and unique souvenirs. The captivating photographs taken by our dedicated volunteer Fiona Harvey, of our resident dolphins in Koombana Bay are also available for purchase; 100% of the proceeds going towards ongoing dolphin research. Why not take a memento of your experience home with you.

Cancellation Policy
In the case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or vessel maintenance we will re-book your tour for an alternative time suitable to you or offer a 100% refund.
Bookings of 3 or less - cancellations within 24 hours of departure or failure to attend are charged 100% of the tour price.
Bookings of 4 or more - cancellations within 7 days of departure are charged 50% of the tour price. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure or failure to attend are charged 100% of the tour price.
