Legend Charters is a local family run business, having worked the waters of the South West Capes for the past 35 years. All of our tours include our LEGENDARY catering. All you need to bring is your jacket and a camera! Children are especially welcome aboard for whale watching with child sized life jackets provided for parents' peace of mind.
We welcome you to join us aboard 52ft 'Santosha', one of the largest vessels operating in the south west.

WHALE WATCHING ENCOUNTERS:
Augusta, - June to August
Busselton, Port Geographe Marina - September to November
Humpback, Southern Right, Minke and Blue Whales use our little corner of the world as a nursery, playground and rest haven during their migration up and down the coast each year. They are often as curious about us as we are about them, coming close to the boat to check us out.
Everyone gets a great view from our 52ft luxury vessel which has a huge covered viewing platform for your comfort. Our knowledgeable marine commentary will keep you informed and our friendly staff are here to assist you. Your cruise includes:
* A generous morning or afternoon tea including cakes, biscuits, plunger coffee, an assortment of black, green and herbal teas and other beverages.
* Comfortable childrens life jackets for the peace of mind of parents (and kids get to drive the boat on the way in).

GUARANTEE: A special feature of our Whale Watching tours is that we will provide you with free return vouchers if we don't see whales. We have a 99% sighting rate on our tours. This free return is unlimited in time so that you can return at your leisure.
DEEP SEA FISHING CHARTER TOURS run from 16 December to May from Gracetown and Dunsborough
Boasting the highest catch rate on the coast, Dean and crew will put you right on top of the South West most prize species and teach you how to reel them in before cleaning your catch to take home.

We fish a maximum of 10 lines on our 52ft vessel, ensuring comfort for all.

Cancellation Policy
Whale Watching Cancellation policy - If you are wishing to cancel or change your booking you must contact our office at least 24 hours prior to the cruise departing. If no notification is given you will be charged the full amount. Refund will only be provided if weather is unfavourable on the day and Legend Charters have to cancel the tour for safety reasons or if minimum numbers are not reached.
Deep Sea Fishing Cancellation Policy: If our fishing charter is cancelled due to bad weather safety issues or insufficient numbers you will be offered a berth on the next charter out or you will receive a refund. If you decide to cancel your pre-existing booking for any reason and give 48 or more hours notice we will refund your payment less a 20% cancellation charge. If you give us less than 48 hours notice but at least 24 hours notice we will refund your payment less a 50% cancellation charge. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of charter departure date or charters purchased but not utilised. If you are entitled to a refund it will be paid in the same manner we received the original booking payment. For example if you paid by credit card we will process a credit back to your card. If you paid us in cash we will refund in cash. If you paid by cheque we will provide you with a refund cheque provided your cheque has cleared. If you paid us via a booking agent we will process your refund back through the same booking agent.
