Karri Patch Cottage is a self contained scandinavian style cottage in a peaceful garden setting. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with a double bed. There is also a single bed in the living room. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a bathroom/laundry. The cottage does not have air conditioning but, in the interests of energy conservation, uses shady trees, covered pergolas, fans and breezy windows. The cottage is surrounded by landscaped gardens, fruit trees and lawns. It has a private garden and outdoor living area with views downhill through jarrah forest. There is a toddler's sandpit near the cottage and a children's play area, badminton court and table tennis table.Rates for 2 adults off season

The self contained cottage is set in a peaceful garden setting with views down hill through jarrah forest. The main bedroom contains a queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom contains a double bed and the living area contains a single bed. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. A cot and a small fold up bed are available. A private outdoor area contains barbeque and table and benches.
