Chef Blair Allen, formerly of Voyager Estate serves beautifully prepared fine bistro style cuisine using fresh seasonal produce that is local where possible. The Bistro menu features favourites such as Tenderidge Fillet Steak, Duck Confit as well as great fresh seafood and locally procured specials.

The Studio Bistro also features a wide ranging local, national and international wine list and is already gaining a reputation as a great new addition to the regional dining landscape.

During the warmer months the Studio also presents live music on selected afternoons and evenings, featuring folk, jazz and classical music on the outdoor stage amongst the native landscaped gardens.
